A proposed site-specific amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2012-060, as amended, under Section 34 of The Planning Act, RSO 1990, for approximately 2.35 ha of land located on Part of Lot 25, Concession 9, North Elmsley Ward and known municipally as 142 Karen Lane. The purpose of the amendment is to change the zoning of the property from “Rural Exception 68” (RU-68) to Residential Exception 4 (R-4) in order to satisfy a condition of a related consent application. The effect of the amendment would be to apply the zone standards which currently apply to 142 Karen Lane to the lands which are proposed to be added to that lot, ensuring that only one zone applies to the enlarged lot.
