Join us for for the Palliative Care Committee's annual Palliative Care Education Day on November 28, 2024. This free afternoon features guest speakers Dr. Sammy Winemaker and Dr. Hsien Seow, authors of "Hope for the Best, Plan for the Rest", along with practical and hands-on presentations by PSFDH, The Hospice Hub, local paramedics, CHSLC, Country Roads CHC, and Ontario Health atHome.
