Administrative Assistant

The Township of Drummond/North Elmsley is seeking a permanent full-time Administrative Assistant.

  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for front counter and telephone reception, for performing clerical duties, such as filing, distributing mail, records management, providing assistance to the Clerk and Taxation Departments, maintaining the Township website, assisting with promotional and advertising material and coordinating community hall bookings.

The wage range is $25.38 to $28.33 (2024 rates) per hour, based on a 40-hour work week.
