A DRAFT of the Land Conservation & Resource Strategy is now available for review.  The comment period ends November 22^nd, 2024.

Sign-up for our Virtual Information Session scheduled 4:30 – 6:30 pm for October 29^th, 2024 during which we will present key elements of the Strategy and be available to answer questions and receive feedback.

Following the consultation period, the document will be amended as needed and rise to MVCA’s Board of Directors for approval December 9^th, 2024.

2025 Municipal Budget and Fees

The Township of Drummond/North Elmsley Council has scheduled a Special Meeting in the Council Chambers on November 1^st, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the 2025 Operating and Capital Budget and any changes in fees.

A Public Meeting to hear comments and answer questions from the public will be held on Tuesday, November 26^th, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The Township strongly encourages written comments to be submitted prior to the public meeting.

The Township of Drummond/North Elmsley Council intends to adopt the 2025 Budget at the Council meeting to be held on December 10^th, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.

Your participation at these meetings is welcome and encouraged. Copies of the draft budget will be available on the Township website as of October 28^th, 2024 or by contacting the Treasurer.
